Scope/Purpose of the Position

The Campaign Coordinator provides project request support from Gold and Silver level Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) by creating flyers, ads, and social media posts. The Campaign Coordinator assists MLOs with answering marketing questions regarding company tools available, provide trainings on Marketing software and one-off campaign questions. This position also provides campaign support to Campaign Strategist, as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Administrative:

  • Provide marketing support to Gold and Silver level MLOs by addressing tool related and campaign questions through the Marketing helpdesk.
  • Assist with project management of MLO campaigns and requests by working with the Marketing tram.
  • Utilize pre-approved templates to create and design ad hoc MLO marketing projects

Campaign Support

  • Assist with the implementation of ongoing marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns that can be utilized company-wide, as needed.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Maintain a 90% customer service satisfaction rate as indicated by response surveys.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets within one (1) hour of submission. Follow up every three (3) days until ticket is resolved.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Excellent level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills and the ability to function in a windows environment utilizing Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Professional and effective interpersonal skills. Solid decision-making skills with display of professionalism in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental policies, practices and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reports to work on a daily and timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Communications, preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
